: : : : Hello guys, I am being sued by this company "trying to collect an old debt but on the paper it doesn't show their phone number or anything just the lawyer representing them in my area, I called him and he refused to give me their phone number. If anyone ever heard of this company or know their phone number please post it, I will really appreciate it.

: : : ====> This is what Bud Hibbs says:

: : : Anyone involved in litigation with this organization should get in contact with me. North Star Capital Acquisitions, of is a bottom feeder debt buyer of old, mostly worthless accounts that were purchased for pennies.

: : : Head debt collector David L. Paris and his group of debt collection thugs are rumored to be den of drug dealers with a convicted felon in charge. Paris is signing bogus affidavits attesting to documents that are lies. Manufactured documents being used in court filings are as phony as he is.

: : : One bottom feeder law firm, SHARINN & LIPSHE of Garden City, NY has actually filed lawsuits based on the assertions of David L. Paris, on old Chase Bank accounts.

: : : Anyone being sued by these phony lawsuits is urged to contact me for referral to a consumer law professional who can assist you. David L. Paris should receive a subpoena requiring him to testify to the truthfulness of his bogus notarized statements, used in these filings. I doubt Paris is dumb enough to commit perjury on top of his false pleadings in a deposition.

: : : One wonders how desperate a bottom feeder law firm such as SHARINN & LIPSHIE is to stop to the equivalent of dumpster diving for revenues. Are they really that bad, or just desperate?

: : : David L. Paris, North Star Capital Acquisitions, LLC and Zenith Acquisition Corp. are a scam to be avoided. Nothing they say, do, or file should be believed. Paris has a sordid history that should force him to be held accountable for everything and anything he is involved in. Make him testify, under penalty of perjury to everything he pleads, asserts or files. Check out the logs of his notary, demand proof of ownership, watch the cases fall apart. This is a scam that needs to be exploited. Do NOT over look their alleged drug connection; I have received credible information that North Star and Zenith are a haven for drug sales and use. It may give credence to his filings which may have been done, while under the influence.

: : : Attorneys: Contact me for copies of notarized verifications signed by David L. Paris, as ‘Chief Executive Office.'

Hello everyone I too am being sued by North Star in Colorado Springs, CO and would like to tell anyone who will listen for a minute about it. The original creditor was Capital One Credit Card that was opened late 2002 and I defaulted and Capital One sued me in 7/04 and by 11/04 it was paid in full and I got a copy of the Satisifaction of Judgement with the courts stamp. Well it is now mid 2008 and am being sued by them again and I sent the attorney the paperwork that I have reguarding this issue and now all of the sudden I am told that I had a credit card and a loan with Capital One for the which I did not, do not and never had with them so I asked the attorneys for the info and of course they dont have anything to prove that I had a C/C and a loan not a statement or transaction records or something with my signature on it NOTHING from there clients I have been waiting for this info since June when I was served papers to go to court, well I went on 9/10 and was told that the burden of proof is not with Capital One or the attorney's office but with ME to prove that I infact did not have an account with then I need to show proof but how do you show proof of something that never existed??? If you or anyone you know has ever been sued by Capital One or North Star for a duplicate??, or what ever you would call it (made up account) please contact me I would like to discuss it with you..
