The next problem is filling out the forms. You have to repeat the same information over and over again when filling out each different bankruptcy form. This can be a real pain, and can lead to mistakes. That’s something you do not want.
If you are going to file bankruptcy yourself, I recommend you file bankruptcy online and use a bankruptcy document preparation service. The cost is about the same as using an online do-it-yourself program. They are experts; they will know the exact forms needed to file bankruptcy in your case and state.
