1) Contact Sandy Hayes by e-mail at PMF@comcast.net. This is Premiere Mortgage Funding. She has 20+ states she works and may be able to help. No responses from anyone who has tried their services though.
2) Go to the following website: Ch13 Buyout Read through their info and there should be contact numbers at the site.
3) Type in your search engine "Mortgage Brokers and Chapter 13" and you should get several hits that you can contact.

: Someone in another Forum mentioned that Lending Tree works with bankruptcy refinancings. Look them up on the web. Did you check with your Trustee to see if you can refinance/buyout and do this at this point in your Plan?
