I just found out that a collection agency automatically debited my account for $25 yesterday. This was a CA for MBNA, and they had gotten 2 payments for $25 already, this was the third. I filed c7 on 12/5, and MBNA got notification, I'm sure, since when I called the collection agency when I got the letter 12/29 about this debit and called them, they said my account was cancelled, and they showed a zero balance. What can I do? The woman absolutely played dumb and wouldn't listen to a word I said. She had NO idea what she could do for me. It's only $25, but it's certainly $25 I didn't have to pay!
