: I have several student loans that were listed in my chapter 7 papers. (On the schedule that has all the other debts that were discharged.) Are they included in the discharge as well? I didn't think they could be, but I'm not sure.
: And advice?
As a follow up, I'm disabled. My student loans are carried over as a hardship deferment as I have very little income. If you are totally disabled, you can write the student loans off. It's not easy and I'm still working on mine. In the meanwhile, if your late with your student loan payments, and your on deferment, they can still ding your credit bureaus with lates. Good luck. Rich
