NO ONE CARES ABOUT YOUR ADVICE.
Now slither away and make sure you check in with your PO.

: Why does it take a personal bankruptcy for most people to start living within their means when they knew all along that they were living a life style they could not afford?

: Everyone knows basic financial discipline but some ignore the rules until AFTER they file BK. Why?

: I think the reason is that they think bankruptcy is an easy safety net so why not take the risk and go into debt. It appears that the safety net(bankruptcy) is actually causing 99% of all personal bankruptcies because the bankruptcy law is to weak.

: We should start writing our congressman requesting some real bankruptcy reform this time so that it is used only in the very extreme hardship cases like medical disability and NOT shopping or gambling problems.

: Thanks
